Women Aware- Shelter for Battered Women

Monthly donations of sheets, underwear, and other goods have been a great help to the victims of domestic violence. Special collections are made on Mother's Day and during Vacation Bible School.

We continue to gather in gifts for residents of the Safe House in Somerset County and for those women and children who are at risk who are served by Women Aware of Middlesex County; see the baskets under the table just inside the Fellowship Room.  There are ongoing needs for new twin sheet sets, new full size sheet sets, new or like new baby monitors, new women’s underwear and toiletries for women and children.  The 24-hour hot line in Middlesex County is 732-249-4504; in Somerset County it is 866-685-1122.  Someone you know may need to know this.
